Payment Policy

All payments for live signal transmission equipment, camera beam technology, and on-location reporting tools must be made in Australian Dollars via approved methods such as credit card or bank transfer. Full payment is required before order processing or service activation.

Refund Policy

Refunds for unused products in original condition are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Service cancellations for live transmissions require 48 hours notice. Requests should be sent to [email protected].

Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

Exclusions

• Customised or used equipment is non-refundable.
• Live transmission fees are non-refundable after the event has commenced.
